Jenny started her career as an HR professional working in the commercial and education sectors. She worked for the parenting charity NCT for many years, including facilitating antenatal education for local parents. In 2021 she embarked on an MSc in Workplace Health and Wellbeing with the University of Nottingham, graduating with distinction last year. Since December 2022 she has been Wellbeing Manager at the RSPB, seeking to understand the wellbeing challenges for staff and volunteers, and developing interventions and support to enable them all to be their best at work as we strive to create a world richer in nature.
Jenny will bring her expertise to the webinar, "Local context in workplace wellbeing - challenges of the charity sector," sharing strategies to help leaders effectively support their line management teams.
